Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using Cast to TV & Screen Mirroring ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App. Effective date: 9 October 2026.

1. Use of the App

The App lets you mirror your phone screen, cast photos, videos and music, cast web content and control your TV from your phone. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reverse-engineer, copy, resell or misuse the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Compatibility

The App works with many Smart TVs, Android TVs, cast devices and web browsers on the same Wi-Fi network. We do not guarantee it works with every TV, model or network. Performance depends on your device, TV, router and Wi-Fi speed.

3. Your content

You are solely responsible for the content you mirror or cast. Only cast content you own or have the right to display. Do not use the App to share copyrighted, illegal or harmful material, or to show private information to people who should not see it. Remember that anything on your screen is visible on the TV while mirroring is active.

4. Third-party devices, services and websites

TV makers, streaming services and websites are owned by third parties. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any TV manufacturer or streaming service. Their names are trademarks of their owners. Your use of those devices, services and websites is governed by their own terms.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, above, explains what data the App uses and why. By using the App you agree to it.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, graphics and name belong to Shiv Fab. These Terms do not give you any ownership of them.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop any feature, or the App itself, at any time without notice. Some features may need the latest version to work.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This includes data loss, device or TV issues, or interrupted streams arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [City], Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
