Welcome to Blood Sugar Care & BP Monitor ("the App"), developed and operated by Shiv Fab ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and stop using it.

1. About the App

The App is a personal health logging tool. You can use it to:

  • Manually record blood sugar (glucose) readings, blood pressure readings, and heart rate
  • View charts, history, and trends of the values you enter
  • Set reminders for medicines and health checks
  • Export or share your records, for example with your doctor

2. Important Medical Disclaimer

  • The App does NOT measure, detect, or scan blood sugar, blood pressure, or heart rate. Your phone cannot measure these values. All readings shown in the App are values that you enter yourself from a separate medical device, such as a glucometer or BP machine.
  • The App is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
  • Any information, ranges, categories, or insights shown in the App (for example "Normal", "Pre-diabetes", or "High") are for general informational purposes only. They are not medical advice.
  • Always consult a qualified doctor or healthcare professional before making any decision about your diet, medication, insulin dosage, or treatment.
  • Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in the App.
  • In a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.

3. Accuracy of Data

The accuracy of your records depends entirely on the values you enter. We are not responsible for incorrect entries, calculation errors caused by wrong input, or decisions made based on data in the App.

4. Medication Reminders

Reminders are a convenience feature only. They depend on your device settings, battery optimization, notification permissions, and the operating system. They may be delayed or may not appear. You remain fully responsible for taking your medication correctly and on time. Do not rely on the App as your only reminder for critical medication.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use the App. If you are younger, you may use it only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes
  • Not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App or any part of it
  • Not to interfere with or disrupt the App's functioning or security
  • To keep your device secure, since your health records are stored on it

7. Data and Privacy

Your health records are stored locally on your device [edit this if you use cloud sync or backup]. We do not sell your personal health data. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, your records may be permanently lost unless you have exported them. 8. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdMob, and may use services such as Firebase Analytics. 9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or your inability to use it. This includes any health-related outcome, data loss, or missed reminder.

10. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted in the App or on our website. If you continue using the App after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
